Lifetime Sports had a blast having Ninja Noodle Battles! A fun game where you are blindfolded and a partner guides you to swat another group with your pool noodle. If you get swatted, you have to do 10 push ups. We might have to try this at our next staff meeting, minus the push ups , of course!
Mr. Talkington and Bransen Salmon have been busy finding their creative side during Ag Design class. Stay tuned because great things are coming from this class!

Patriot Day on September 11th honors the memory of the nearly 3,000 innocent victims who died in the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. Each year Americans dedicate this day to remembering those who died and the first responders who risked their own lives to save others. #neverforget #patriotday

The Victory Flag continues to fly as the Junior High Lady Indians bring home two more wins tonight against Clopton! Way to go, ladies! They are back in action on Saturday at the Silex Tournament.
Elementary Cheer Clinic Coming Soon!
The Van-Far Varsity Cheerleaders are sponsoring a cheer clinic for K-6th grade students on Thursday, September 28, from 4:00-6:00 in the elementary gym. The cost will be $20 which includes a t-shirt. They will perform their dance routine on September 29, at the halftime of the varsity football game. Forms will be coming home tomorrow (Friday) and are due by September 15.
Tonight is the home opener for our Lady Indians as they host Louisiana at 5:00 p.m. It looks to be a beautiful evening so please join us to show support to these hardworking ladies!
