
Mexico Schools not in session today. There will be no Vo Tech on 2/11.

The Varsity Boys Basketball game against Louisiana tonight is cancelled. We will let you know when a rescheduled date is set.

There will be no classes at Hart Career Center for our Vo-Tech students on Friday, February 12th and Monday, February 15th.

The Varsity Girls and Boys Basketball games vs. Wellsville will be played tonight at home. The Quiz Bowl tournament at BG is cancelled. We will post a reschedule date when one comes available.

The Girls JV Basketball game this evening (2/8) in Hannibal is cancelled due to inclement weather.

Mexico schools will not be in session tomorrow, 2/8, so there will no VoTech classes at Hart Career Center.

Mrs. Noel’s class worked in teams to solve a digital maze. In order to know which direction to go, students had to solve fractions with like and unlike denominators and mixed numbers. It was a great way to review their study of fractions and work collaboratively as teams.

We sent out an earlier notification that Bus 9 would be a second route this evening. We now have a driver so Bus 9 will be on time coming home tonight. Have a great night!

MACC will be on campus Friday, January 29th to collect course fees for all dual credit classes starting at 11:00 a.m. Josten's will be here on February 16th during the lunch period from 11:00 a.m.-12:15 p.m. to deliver class rings to those who ordered.

The Children of the American Revolution (CAR) society is hosting a service project. They are collecting used and unwanted crayons for recycling. Donating is easy! All brands and conditions are acceptable and there is no need to remove wrappers. Crayons can be dropped off at the elementary school or the Vandalia Library. Thank you for helping us with our service project!

Our second graders have been studying about Martin Luther King Jr and his famous I have a dream speech. They have learned a lot of facts about who he was and why we have a day to remember and honor him. Pictured is a sample of their work.
