The Alethea Club of Vandalia sponsors a scholarship in memory of former Van-Far students Elizabeth Long and Shad Talbert. The scholarship will be awarded on sincerity, citizenship, leadership, and the probability of following through with plans. If for any reason, the money is not used for college expenses, it must be returned to the scholarship fund.
