Shelter Insurance/Frankie Wallace sponsors the following: must be a graduating senior; selection based on applicant’s scholastic achievement, participation and leadership in school and community activities, citizenship, moral character and educational goals; children of any Shelter Insurance Agent or employee are NOT eligible; must enroll in a college/university by the September following his/her high school graduation. Return all completed applications to Guidance office by due date. The deadline is March 30, 2021
