The Missouri Gaming Association is announcing the Project 21 2021 Scholarship Program. This will be the twenty- fifth year the scholarship campaign is conducted in Missouri. The goal of this scholarship program is to not only inform our youth that it is not permissible in Missouri for persons under the age of 21 to gamble in a casino, but to also educate them about the dangers and consequences associated with underage gambling.
