The theme for the 2020 Show-Me SWCS Scholarship is “Natural Resources Management and Conservation in a 5-G World”. The theme for each year is based on the year’s theme for the Missouri Natural Resources Conference.
A 5G network is the new standard to virtually connect everyone and everything. It offers better speed, more responsiveness and the possibility of more connections. That technology is reshaping the supply and demand for natural resources, new technologies that support natural resource management, and driving progress forward. Technological advances have helped shape the way that we tackle the mission to protect and enhance our state’s abundant natural resources. The value of the scholarship is $2,000, and is due November 30, 2020 The essay should be 3-5 pages in length.
