A HUGE congratulations goes out to the Van-Far FFA Trapshooting team of Clayton Heaton, Ashton Garnett, Hunter Scrogin, Adam McCurdy, and Andrew Myers. The team won first place last night at the Area V Trapshoot. Also, Clayton Heaton tied for first place high individual and Ashton Garnett placed second overall individually. These five members will compete on Saturday at West Quincy at the Northeast District Trapshoot.
Project Prom will be hosting a Pancake Breakfast this Saturday, October 2 from 6:00 am to 10:00 am. They are in need of Juniors and Seniors to volunteer to help. There is a sign-up sheet on the office window. Sign up for a shift!
Mini-Olympics will include cornhole, volleyball, tug of war, and punt-pass-kick. If you would like to sign up, see Mr. Rost.
The Van-Far Homecoming theme is "Home Sweet Homecoming." Dress up days for next week are:

JH Football practice is canceled for Friday, October 2.
If you club or organization is interested in working the concession stand, pease sign up on the bulletin board outside Mr. Rost's room. First come, first serve.
FFA members are selling fruit, candy, and nuts until October 6. Orders may be placed online at van-far-ffa.square.site, if you are ordering from a student, be sure to enter the student's name before checking out so the student will receive the FFA incentive.
