Submission Deadline: Deadline for application submission is April
12. Completed forms may be submitted to the high school guidance
counselor, Samantha Utterback and must be received by April 12.
Applications must be printed legibly or typed and all sections entirely
completed to be considered for the scholarship.
Eligibility: Any graduating senior of Van Far High School who is
continuing their education and enrolled in a trade, vocational or
accredited school
