Any graduating senior who is preferably a family member of a policyholder (board members' and employee's family members not eligible) and: 1. Meets entrance requirements to an accredited school or college. 2. Has an ability to attain and maintain acceptable achievement level. 3. Shows evidence of need for financial assistance. 4. Possesses qualities of good citizenship and potential leadership. 1. Students should rank in upper 25% of class. 2. Evidence of good character, leadership and citizenship. 3. Financial need.
