Eligibility: High school seniors graduating in the 2022-23 school year, who have been
accepted to an accredited college or university following graduation, and
currently attend high school in one of the following counties: Audrain, Boone,
Callaway, Cole, Cooper, Howard, Moniteau, and Randolph.
